• Provide the Regional Sales Manager with support and day-to-day assistance on various projects with the purpose of growing the sales territory.

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS AS IT RELATES TO:
• A highly-motivated individual with experience working in one or more of the following industries but, not limited to: A/V integration, acoustics, architecture and design, building materials, construction, sales in an adjacent industry and/or has an equivalent education in a related field.
• Eagerness to learn and gain valuable sales experience within a growing industry.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize various tasks and meet deadlines.
• Confident speaking in front of an audience, presenting, and educating prospective clients on various products.
• Experience using a variety of software as it relates to sales tools, CRMs, editing of documents, and using spreadsheets.
• Previous sales experience or technical education in a related industry is an asset.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DUTIES
JOB DUTIES:
1. Provide the Regional Sales Manager with daily assistance in managing relationships with new and existing customers, including but not limited to consultations, presentations, handling of purchase orders, project-site visits, quoting, and room designs.
2. Assist in establishing new relationships with prospective clients.
3. Train and educate customers on Primacoustic products.
4. Support the design and installation of customer projects.
5. Provide essential support in growing the Primacoustic brand within the region.
6. Assist in communicating territory activities both verbally and via weekly reports.
7. Support industry and company related events and activities, including but not limited to retailer events and demos, trade shows, training schools, and regional training centre activities.
8. Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet project deadlines, and travel when necessary.
9. Develop mutually beneficial, respectful, and effective relationships with peers to ensure seamless coordination between departments, maximize synergy, and maintain a shared vision, strategy, and focus.
10. Effectively communicate with a diverse variety of market segments including but not limited to; House of Worship, Construction (Drywall, Acoustic Ceiling), Architects, Consultants, Distributors, Retail Professionals, AV Professionals, Hospitality Industry Professionals, Facilities Management Professionals etc.

3. Must be able to occasionally move within the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

5. Must be able to communicate effectively by listening and also in both written and verbal forms.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
1. Generally, works in a home office environment but may often be required to perform job
duties outside of the typical office setting.
2. This position regularly requires large amounts of time to be spent using and viewing computer screens and equipment, which generally entails regular and repetitive motions.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. University / College business / technical discipline and/or equivalent work experience.

• Manage the product development pipeline through Voice of Customer to ensure the creation and launch of new products are meeting the needs of the market and are developed in a timely manner.

1. Support product development by collaborating closely with the Product Manager in order to test, develop and bring new products from conception to market.
2. Assist in research and analysis to identify market trends and customer needs through a Voice of Customer approach in order to grow our product line up and provide effective acoustic solutions to customers.
3. Support the creation of instructional documentation, including but not limited to installation manuals, reports, printed product and sales materials.
4. Manage a systematic product code structure while working with purchasing to ensure new and current product information is up to date in our database.
5. Develop relationships with suppliers to coordinate product support with purchasing, while supporting the sales team through assisted product training, including sales and customer support materials (i.e. samples).
