Position Purpose

  • Support the Regional Sales Manager in growing the Quebec sales territory.
  • Entry-level sales role with opportunity for rapid career growth.
  • Self-directed work style with strong team and corporate backing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing customer relationships, from consultation to project completion.
  • Provide quotes, room designs, and handle purchase orders.
  • Present and educate clients on Primacoustic products.
  • Support design and installation of projects.
  • Assist in identifying and developing new customer relationships.
  • Communicate territory activities via verbal updates and weekly reports.
  • Represent the brand at events, demos, trade shows, and training sessions.
  • Collaborate across departments to maintain shared goals and seamless operations.
  • Engage with diverse sectors: architecture, construction, AV integration, hospitality, facilities management, and more.

Qualifications

  • University/college degree in business or technical field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1–2 years sales experience or related education (asset).
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM, sales tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-focused.
  • Confident presenting to individuals and groups.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 25%.

What You’ll Do

As Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our 5-year product roadmap, from concept to launch. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure every product aligns with customer needs and our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute a clear, strategic 5-year product roadmap aligned with company goals and market trends

  • Lead full product lifecycle management using Stage-Gate processes

  • Conduct customer visits, interviews, and site observations to gather Voice of the Customer insights

  • Align product positioning, features, timelines, and go-to-market strategies with internal teams

  • Oversee product design validation, testing, and certification

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and sustainability objectives

  • Track competitive trends and manage differentiation strategies, including IP and patents

  • Support product training and marketing initiatives

  • Represent Primacoustic at tradeshows, design events, and industry conferences

What You Bring

  • Solid knowledge of acoustics in architectural or construction contexts

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in Acoustics, Industrial Design, Architecture, Audio Technology, or related field

  • Experience in product management within building materials or commercial interiors

  • Understanding of design/construction processes and working with architectural specifiers

  • Familiarity with CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)

  • Experience with Stage-Gate or similar product development methods

  • Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills

  • Ability to prioritize and lead cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Commitment to design excellence, innovation, and environmental responsibility

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with AV integrators or acoustic consultants

  • International travel for research, customer engagement, or events
