	Warranty
	Primacoustic products are covered by a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. In the event that a product is found to be defective, the product must be returned to the factory, freight pre paid. Upon inspection, should the product be defective, it will be replaced and returned with a product of equal or greater value. Suitability of a Primacoustic installation is the sole responsibility of the user, installer or specifying engineer. Primacoustic, it’s associated companies, directors, employees, and agents are not responsible for improper or unauthorized use, for damages either consequential or inconsequential, or any other form of liability whatsoever.
